    negative as well as positive pitch bend?

    It should be in there already, no?
    The whole Midi range 0-127 for the command has been implemented.
    It has been a while since I´ve tried it, but my understanding is that pitch bend value 63 equals no pitch bend, below you have negative, above positive pitch bend effect.

    sounds about right, although PB is actually defined as a 14bit parameter per MIDI spec afaik.

    Oh yeah that´s right.
    We only use the MSB(most significant bit)-byte and the LSB is always set to 0. So, you get the whole range but less resolution between the steps.
    This seems to be common practice with other manufacturers as well.

    yeah, the keyboard controller i once had was like this, too. i did see one with true 14bit midi, though, but can’t remember which it was.
    i’ve been using the bcr2000s with 14bit MIDI in bidule for some years now, but now that my BCRs are both zaquencers i think i’ll drop that and go with 7bit again, once i get a new bcr for synths and fx.

    doh my bad if thats the case. my asrx doesnt seem to be responding. ill look deeper into it.
