    So I switched my zaquencer on one day and it had inexplicably frozen. I can navigate through al the menu’s fine but nothing happens when I hit play…. not sequencing. Any suggestions?

    re-flash the firmware

    Sounds like it might have been switched to “external clock” in Global Menu (Encoder 2).
    When it´s on external it does not react to the stop/play button because it waits for an external start message.

    Hmmm alien, you weren’t wrong, your solution would have solved the problem. OK there is a simpler solution :)
