Hello, i just purchased the firmware for the bcr and i am trying to authorize it. I sent and received the response code correctly, but there seems to be an issue, one of the digits is a lower case a and the options on the encoders that lit up in order for me to insert the code only offer the option of a capital A, what to do ?

try it, you cant mess it up by putting the wrong letter in

alien is right, you cannot break anything by putting in the wrong numbers.

the inputting of the response code is not case sensitive, so for example you can put in “A” if the code if the code in the email says “a”.

most likely this is another issue and I´ve sent you an email to resolve it.
