    Hello,
    So far there the one interruption I run into again and again is not being able to preview melodies and beats with the “keyboard” before pressing record => (while the pattern is running)

    If you could preview (or practice) a melody with the keyboard while the pattern is running this would be a HUGE and very musical workflow improvement.

    Also if you could preview drum beats by playing the buttons before hitting record (also while the pattern was running) it would accomplish two things. The ability to better know which buttons accompany each instrument without stopping the seq and loosing your finger placement/groove. Also, make better beats and less mistakes overall with tap record mode.

    Yes this would be excellent. There is a kind of work around tho. If you enable the midi through function you can preview your performance if it is from an external source like a midi keyboard etc.

    +1, This would be very important, a knobs note audition (arturia beatstep style) would be very useful.

    Absolutely this! This is the only thing missing from the zaquencer! (besides 32 more steps, but that’s not gonna happen)

    Hi Tommy,
    as last time I´d like to leave a little surprise too, regarding the new update ;)
    Just wanted to post the good news here to let you know it´s being worked on. It won´t take ages til the next update anymore, so you´ll see soon anyway.

    Would it be also great to have the ability to preview the notes according to the note scale?

    This is how it will be working. So when there is a scale enabled, you hear the notes scaled to the selected scale in monitoring mode. It will write the notes actually played (then, when turning to write mode), but it will play you the notes according to the selected scale, both in monitoring and tap writing mode.
