    Hello,
    I wanted to send a private enquire, but I couldnt find any contact email at your site.
    I want to buy zaqsequencer, but I will buy it only as a download. I dont want (and cant get it) if you send me a cd or whatever. Customs are almost closed where I live, and I’m not going to sink myself into 15 days of paperwork to get a sequencer that can be downloaded.
    Is it possible to buy it as a download?

    zaquencer is only a download, unless you want the factory sticker. you can print the same sticker yourself if you wish.

    im not certain why it says ‘shipping’ on the product page, but i own 2 zaquencers and it was a download both times. perhaps to comply with new vat laws?

    Hi Giridhar,
    thanks for your question!

    When you buy the Zaquencer, now you get both a download link + a shipped CD.
    We´ve added the shipped CD to comply with international tax laws (also mentioned here: https://zaqaudio.com/shipping__delivery).

    Even though we ship the CD now, you will still get immediate access to our download section, where you can find the Zaquencer firmware, for updates etc.

    Oh, and btw – contact info is on the right under “imprint”.
