    I spilled some coffee on my ZAQ the other day now when I use it some rotaries done light. some function do unintended functions. and its like it has gone haywire IF i get a new BCR if it possible to reload my firmware to the new BRC?

    Hi Jeff,
    sorry to hear about your mishap.
    I donĀ“t have any experience about liquid-based damage to the BCR. From what you describe, it sounds like the coffee did quite a number on it. Have you tried thoroughly drying the device? Putting in on a radiator for example.. I guess the same rules apply as for any other electronic device + liquid. It could have been damaged, but it could also be that you can fix it by removing/drying the liquid.

    Anyway, if you wish to transfer the license, we do have a process for this that involves deleting the license from your old device. Please write to support@zaqaudio.com with including your order number and challenge code for initiating this process.

    Glad to know there is a way. Ill try to open it up and see if there is anything to dry out but I think I might have to get a new BCR will let you know and thanks for the info.
