I want to upgrade to the latest software version.
Is it free to upgrade?
wil my presets stay in the zaq. after upgrading?

Hello,
upgrades are free if you have a registered license.
If you bought it directly from our webstore you can find the upgrade in your account.
For used Zaquencer the seller needs to transfer the license to you to be eligible for upgrades. See here under “License”: https://zaqaudio.com/forums/topic/sticky-faq-please-read-these-before-postingPresets stay on the Zaquencer and you do not have to authorize again.
