    Hi there
I got a BCR2000 to update and having read what you said I have noticed that the last rotary controllers lights light up slightly and follow the first rotary controller. Is this possibly the issue you meant and should I return my unit before installing your firmware?
    Thanks
    david

    Hi David,
    thanks for posting the video!
This is not the behaviour I tried to describe in the “Hardware Issues” post
    https://zaqaudio.com/forums/topic/sticky-hardware-issues

What I tried to describe over there was ghost lights in the LCD (the 4-digit, 7-segment display on the top right), not the encoder rings.

To make even more sure though, I recommend you the following procedure:
    On the original Behringer firmware:
    - try all the encoders for unresponsive or slow behaviour
    - enter the edit mode for every button (hold edit + press button)
=> if it enters, it´s already fine and you can just exit again
Then try uploading our free demo first and check out the buttons/encoders there before your purchase.

Let me know if you have any more questions in this regard.

    Cheers!
