Have you considered adding glide between steps?
you can only do that with control voltage step sequencers… it should be an option in your synth tho.
Pretty much every software and hardware 303 emulator can do it- not talking about global portamento in the synth patch, but on/off per step.
would be nice but no must have.
so far this is not implemented. there is a possibility for a midi pitch bend setting per step, but this is not really suited for glide. feature request noted.
Yeah,thinking about it after I posted, I realized the only way would be to send pitch bend. I guess I could do it with one of the CC tracks.
i do like the idea of a set of premade curves you could apply to pitch or whatever that might stretch according to the tempo. sort of like a tracker.
+1 for glide.
You could insert a per-track option where you can choose the skip lane to be used for glide on/off, instead.
So you will not loose the remaining bit per step.:-)
