how do you select steps in your scenario?

If I understand, you can already do this by holding the menu button when rotating the encoder and affecting only the ‘selected’ active start-length subsequence…

That´s right. It´s exactly how this was planned, to affect only steps in the active sequence, or “selected” steps.

Group edit works great, maybe only thing I need with that is skipped steps not to be affected with change.
