    (sorry if this was already suggested)
    Link Mode: link 2 (or more) zaqs together to have 64/96/128 steps in front of you to work on.
    zaq1 plays pattern1 then zaq2 plays pattern1 then…
    all buttons could be synched. e.g. pressing NOTE PITCH on zaq1 switches all zaqs to NOTE PITCH. pressing then NOTE MUTE on zaq2 sets all zaqs to NOTE MUTE…

    i know the pattern chaining function. this is something different.

    if undecided ask your marketing department what they think about a feature that will make many people want to absolutely buy at least two zaqs ;)
