Is it possible to change velocity on single drum voices (not global drum track)? Eg sequencing velocity for just the hi-hat. This would be amazing!

thanks for your question!
Unfortunately this is not possible. There is only a velocity per step, affecting all notes on that step (of the respective track).
It´s similar to the 808 sequencer for example, where you also only have an “accent” that affects all steps.
