Ha, worked this time! I did evertthing the same, but this time when you mentioned “mute all tracks” that mustve done something; I think a track was muted by default so I couldnt tell if anything was being played.

im following the steps in the video but it’s not registering anything after recording. is there a step-by-step summary you can post?+1 again for step recording! i also do not understand the tap-write function, exactly. can anyone explain it in a bit more detail than the manual/video go in to?
used a iConnectivity Mio, which failed every time until i remember i had previously read some models had the ‘midi in/midi out’ labels swapped on the inputs. i swapped the in/out and it worked first try, so just an FYI for any with a Mio; if it doesnt work, swpa the in/out!
