hmm i think it needs mutes that arent stored. i dont want to touch another piece of equipment if i dont need to plus what if i have a reverb tail on my sound? almost any other sequencer allows you to mute tracks on the fly. is there a way to defeat stored mute status? i think thats what it needs.
hmm ok i realize the character display is only numeric. oh well, id still love a lightshow here and there!
also perhaps you could make it store a list of values and cycle between them? if you only put one value in the list, it acts like a momentary or latched value and then alternates with a ‘default’ value? or perhaps another one you set.

i do like the idea of a set of premade curves you could apply to pitch or whatever that might stretch according to the tempo. sort of like a tracker.
hmm foot switches… maybe you can offer a variety of functionality such as start/stop, next sequence or next sequence bank, program change, momentary/permanent midi cc switch, set all notes to shortest length (while pedal is held) or maybe legato while held, mute/unmute track etc…

you can only do that with control voltage step sequencers… it should be an option in your synth tho.
not chords, only the root note can be inputted. check out the manual in the downloads section. its not scary!
this thing is a game changer. this thing is a computer killer! it has amazing potential to compete with sequencers many times its price. im seriously impressed with the grooves im getting from its simple interface. in all my years of collecting gear, this smacks of ‘instant classic’ more than any other single piece that i can think of. 9.5/10 and maybe higher on my all time gear list!
oh yes the cc control of pattern playback is very nice!
