i just think it could give you a way forward. ios seems the most likely to be useful and it wouldnt need to be a strict copy, you could add all kinds of bells and whistles… i dunno just a suggestion. why not build on zaquencers success story?
aha! ive got it! ‘exploratory’ fits well i believe.
im not sure if experimental is ever something i would call any music… an ‘experiment’ suggests that you are trying to prove/disprove something. you could call it ‘practice’ i suppose, but that would connote the goal of reaching a destination state of intention which is not really experimental in nature, its an intended outcome. perhaps ‘self instructional’?

a shruthi hack puts better oscillators at your finger tips… really does sound exceptionally better… makes me wanna use it more now.

no you want to put that cc on the first step, there is no auto quantization sync with downbeat etc. ill let you find that cc in the manual… no offense!
