+1 Cool idea!
February 10, 2016 at 5:54 pm #3833Hi Cristian,
seems like a cool idea. Do you think it may be possible to map also the push of the push-eoncoders this way, and have feedback on the led rings via midi-in?February 9, 2016 at 12:19 am #3824+1000
I requested this feature last year and Cristian wasn’t so enthusiast.

October 7, 2015 at 11:03 am #3156Mmm…and why not extending the momentary function to everything else(note pitch, velocity, etc). Of course when using a momentary function for something like note velocity we’ll loose the ability to change all the steps at once.
Thinking out loud..October 7, 2015 at 10:57 am #3155What about something a little more straightforward?
- If you tap the mixer button u enter regular mixer mode (tap again to exit)
- When you hold the button you enter momentary mixer mode (release to exit)Cheers!
October 1, 2015 at 11:17 am #3128The manual (again).
That’s nice, but I was thinking of it the other way around. First you hold the mixer button, entering a momentary mixer mode, and while holding the mixer button you can mute/unmute (tracks and drums). Depressing the button gets back to normal operation.
What do you think?October 1, 2015 at 11:12 am #3127Opss!.. I’m sorry. I didn’t read trough that section in the manual.
October 1, 2015 at 11:10 am #3126Nice!
September 29, 2015 at 12:22 am #3108+1 for an option to use the footswitch to enter repeat mode
September 28, 2015 at 11:49 pm #3107+1 for glide.
You could insert a per-track option where you can choose the skip lane to be used for glide on/off, instead.
So you will not loose the remaining bit per step.:-)September 26, 2015 at 11:20 pm #3099+1 for option B.
Thanks for your work Cristian!
June 2, 2015 at 4:56 pm #2685Hi Cristian,
I understand this. But what about something simpler than the BCR?
I use the zaquencer paired with my daw. So everything goes throu the daw before reaching my hardware synths (Virus Ti and Mopho) so I can record everything and then edit automations in the daw. I allready own variuos controllers (launchpad, push, nanokontrol and the bcr of course)plus the synths and some pedals….my desk is allready crowded.
I was controlling the mopho with the bcr before buying the zaquencer firmware so I miss this really.
Back to my suggestion. What about having 1 channel of zaquencer switchable to midicontrol.
Nothing fancy like the Bcr. No encoder groups and such. Just one page of simple ccs. 32 encoders and the buttons to map. No 14 bit and such. You con choose only what cc number to send out and a global midi channel.Hope you”ll think about it!
Thank you for your time and for creating Zaquencer!

LuigiApril 27, 2015 at 12:29 pm #2562Hi Christian,
Thanks for your reply!
I’m a Push owner. There is that double function that i use a lot.
The gol is variation, of course. I make a 4step sequence, double it and then i modify the duplicated one slightly and so on.
Not a vital function but a timesaver.Cheers
